Being a mixed martial arts fighter takes more than skill. You also have to have all the proper MMA gear both for training and for competition. The amount of gear you buy will depend on what gear is available at the gym and whether you want to train at all at home. Most training gyms will have all of the larger gear you need, such as the grappling dummies and heavy pads. You will have to get the smaller stuff, such as your gloves, clothing, head gear and pads. The way in which you select the gear all depends on what you need and how comfortable they feel on you.

Bottom line is, you can walk through any neighborhood across America and if they’re playing football on one corner they will be playing basketball on the next and a fight will most probably break out on the third. And what happens next is anyone’s guess? Everyone leaves what they are doing and how to get into mma runs to get a glimpse of the fight. In other words, hand-to-hand combat is strangely irresistible and the truth is that Mixed Martial Arts use so many different techniques, that watching a good MMA fight makes a Russian Ballet performance looks more like a string of uncoordinated movements.

I was able to let go and just kick ass” "The Renegade Fighter methods have really reduced my pre-fight stress. After turning pro in MMA, the pressure to get and keep sponsorships got intense. I lost some of the fun that I used to have with fighting. But after listening to the hypnosis tracks and using some of the confidence tricks in the program, I was able to let go and just kick ass like when I was an amateur and just fighting because it is a part of who I am." Thanks guys. Ray Amari Professional MMA Fighter

I'm older now, and I have no intention of getting into a fight every time I leave the house. Honestly, I'd be happy if I never had to fight again. There was a time though, when I couldn't seem to breathe without causing a ruckus. I can still feel those fights in my bones and my guts and, sometimes, when I sleep. I didn't always win, but I'm sharing this advice with you now, because I don't think I'd be around to whine about my aching body if I hadn't surrendered to those precepts mentioned above.

A lean, ripped MMA body, in my view, is better compared to the large, bulky MMA body. Lean, muscled fighters are able to combine their speed and power, as well as explosiveness and endurance, which can be lethal in MMA fights. Now, let's talk of the actual MMA workout routine. The fun now begins. Of course, there are hundreds of other MMA workouts designed to give you that lean, ripped body. However, I taken the liberty to list some important guidelines you need to follow in order to achieve that MMA fighter's look.
